Support
Leaked is a fictional detective game: you play a sleuth who investigates a simulated phone — full of made-up messages, photos, and apps — to answer questions and crack each case. The fastest way to get help is by email; we read every message and reply quickly.

Frequently asked questions
How do I play?
- Pick a case from the home screen.
- Tap the eyes to see the questions you need to answer.
- Explore the simulated phone — read messages, scroll photos, open apps — to find the clues.
- Tap a question and enter your answer. Stuck? Use a hint.
- Solve every question to close the case, then move on to the next one.
Does Leaked read my real messages, contacts, or photos?
No. Leaked is a game. Every phone you investigate — and all the messages, photos, contacts, and apps inside it — is fictional content authored by us and bundled inside the app. Leaked does not request access to your real contacts, photos, microphone, camera, location, or messages, and it never reads them. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Do I need an account?
No. Leaked does not require sign-up, a login, an email, or a password. We create an anonymous identity on your device so your progress and any subscription are remembered. Because there is no login, your progress is tied to your device/installation.
How do subscriptions and billing work?
- Subscriptions are auto-renewing and are purchased and billed through your Apple ID (via Apple In-App Purchase, managed with RevenueCat).
- The price and term are shown in the app before you confirm any purchase.
- You can restore previous purchases from the paywall at any time.
- We never see or store your full payment card details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top → Subscriptions.
- Tap Leaked and choose Cancel Subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for Apple purchases are issued by Apple, not directly by us. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you need our help documenting the issue, email us and we'll support your request.
How do I delete my data?
Leaked stores your progress anonymously, with no personal account. To erase your data:
- Delete the app from your device — this removes the locally stored progress and settings; or
- Email support@newdawnhq.com with the subject "Delete my data" and we'll delete the anonymous identifier and analytics associated with your device.
We delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
The app crashed or won't open
Try this in order:
- Force-quit Leaked and re-open it.
- Restart your device.
- Check the App Store for an update.
- If it still fails, email us with your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing.
